1. Shipping Services & Options
We offer the following shipping services to our customers:
- Standard Shipping: Our default shipping option, reliable and cost-effective for most destinations.
- Express Shipping: Faster delivery option for urgent orders (available at additional cost).
- Economy Shipping: Budget-friendly option for non-urgent, smaller orders (longer transit time).
Free Shipping Eligibility: All orders totaling $220 or more (before taxes and discounts) qualify for free Standard Shipping to most destinations.
2. Shipping Rates
Indonesia Domestic:
- Orders under $220: Standard Shipping – $8.00
- Orders over $220: Free Standard Shipping
- Express Shipping: Flat rate of $15.00 (regardless of order value)
International Shipping:
- Orders under $220: Standard Shipping – Calculated at checkout (varies by destination)
- Orders over $220: Free Standard Shipping (to most countries; excludes remote/remote regions)
- Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout (faster transit, higher cost)
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Taxes and duties (for international orders) are not included in shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient.
3. Delivery Times & Regions
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in Indonesia). Custom-made orders may take 7–10 business days to process.
Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch):
- Indonesia Domestic: 2–3 business days (Standard); 1–2 business days (Express)
- Asia-Pacific: 5–7 business days (Standard); 3–4 business days (Express)
- North America / Europe: 7–10 business days (Standard); 4–5 business days (Express)
- Other Regions: 10–14 business days (Standard); 5–7 business days (Express)
Shipping Regions: We ship to most countries and regions worldwide.
Non-Deliverable Areas: We currently do not ship to the following regions: [List any restricted countries/regions, e.g., "Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and other sanctioned jurisdictions"]. Please check at checkout if your location is eligible.
4. Shipping Methods
We partner with reliable local and international carriers to deliver your orders:
- Indonesia Domestic: JNE, Pos Indonesia, and other trusted local couriers
- International: DHL, FedEx, and other global logistics providers
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress.
5. Responsibility for Lost or Damaged Packages
Our Responsibility: We are responsible for your order until it is marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit:
- Contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date
- Provide your order number and relevant details (e.g., photos of damaged packaging)
- We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement, full refund, or reshipment at no additional cost to you
Your Responsibility: Once the package is marked as delivered, you are responsible for its safekeeping. We are not liable for theft, loss, or damage after delivery.
6. Additional Notes
- Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to customs clearance, weather events, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delayed or lost orders caused by incorrect address details.
- Customs duties and taxes for international orders are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
